The premises of the project are ambiguous: is it located in a village or a city? Is the landscape urban or mountainous? The mountains suggest that the project is in an alpine environment, but the dimensions of the project and the surrounding buildings are urban.

Plot’s geometry is triangular, making it difficult to propose a general scheme. In the end, priority is given to the views and natural light: all the apartments have good sun exposure and good views of the valley, from a linear block on the north side of the plot and three small towers at the south vertex, which give character to the complex.

Its layout aims to articulate the chaotic urban environment, made up of buildings with very different volumes and styles, with a precise insertion of the mentioned volumes that improve the definition of the urban spaces in this sector of Andorra la Vella.

The north facade that runs through the valley has an urban character: the linear block builds a long and continuous facade, full of windows, with the aim of spatially defining a road that pretends to become an avenue in the near future, and which, to do so, needs facades to delimit it.

In contrast, the south facade that faces the mountain and the community garden - south orientation - has large windows, terraces, and wooden shutters, characteristic elements of an organic architecture, in order to respond to the nearby landscape of forests, meadows, and mountains.
